Regiment Military Fit is an intense workout where you'll be on the go right from the start. The programmes are made to hit the right heart rate to gain the best calorie burn during and after the workout.
Explosive combinations of bodyweight and power band exercises will get your heart racing and your muscles burning. Work every muscle group in every session and benefit from the afterburn effects of HIIT training, which helps you burn calories for up to 36 hours after completing the workout.
Release and Recover aims to bring your body back to its roots, developing its foundations. Release and Recover is an essential part of our complete programme. We train hard at high intensities all week, so Release and Recover is a chance to recover and work on weaknesses; in turn making us stronger.
Matt is the owner of UK Military Fitness. Previously he was the franchise owner of BMF Be Military Fit. He has served a total of 15 years in the Regular Army, Territorial Army and Reserves. He was a Lance Corporal Combat Medic in the Royal Medical Corp, and in the regular army he was a Lance Bombardier of the Kings Troop Royal Horse Artillery where he was a Mounted Gunner and later on as a member of the MPGS. While at the Kings Troop Matt was involved in many State Visits and Ceremonial Duties as well as equine competitions, including Showjumping. Matt has serviced on operational tours of Northern Ireland with 2 Para and the 1st Battalion Grenadier Guards in 1999. After leaving the military he joined the Ministry of Defence Police as an Authorised Firearms Officer. He has been an instructor as a National Firearms Instructor, Operational Bronze Commander, Public Order Instructor, Metropolitan Police Trained Public Order Medic, Rope Access Instructor, First Aid, Medical Instructor, Drill Instructor and Police Fitness Instructor where he gained his fitness qualifications. Later on, he became a Level 5 Police National Trainer from Police Scotland, as well as achieving the rank of Police Sergeant. He has been involved in many National Police Operations throughout the UK with Home Office colleagues over his 19-year career.
